i would be lying if i said this week was slack. oh, and it's our battery's first standby. that explains the many late nights we had preparing stores, and more stores. you may be thinking of sophisticated devices or equipment, but actually what we pack are stuffs like spare tyres, sliding pipes, poles and lots of useless stuffs. that's life in an artillery unit, haha. and i'm seriously enjoying it.

especially outfield exercises. keeps me fit man

but really, life sucks. i've thought of ways to get out of this unit, but more often than not, i'll think of the many consequences of my actions. can i bear to make my team fail just because of my own selfish deeds? perhaps. my days spent in camp aren't productive at all, mostly sitting down at a corner reading my magazines, prefering to keep a distance from my battery-mates. i guess that gave many people the impression that i'm a selfish person, and that i keep to myself. which i think, isn't true.

haha. at least i can still look forward to my friday bookouts!

oh well, i'm becoming more lazy after entering army. weekends are mostly spent chilling out near home. but i'm not complaining am i?? haha. weekends are the best! =p

my blog doesnt seem like my own anymore, i'm getting increasingly lazy as days go by. haha. oh well, life has been pretty slack at camp, been doing lots of 'shitwork' (otherwise known as saigang). but when battery and battalion exercises start, it's going to be hell. maybe outfield will become my second home? yea, i love the outfields

hello to all my friends out there who still visits my rather inactive blog! =)

weekend guard duty has got to be the most tiring thing you can do in camp (esp khatib camp). it's like a mini route march of 16km over 24hrs. at the end of the day, my legs were hurting like hell, couldn't walk properly till now.

now go away, weekend guard duty.. 2 duties this month's bad enough.

oh well, at least i got to miss AHM and only have to book in tomorrow morning. i shall try my best to stay awake today, don't wanna waste my sunday away. it's hard when i had approx 2hr of sleep last night.

i'm pretty tired now, night's off is till 11pm, and soon i've to rush out of home. this exhaustion is mostly due to the 10km run this morning, well, it drained the crap out of me.. life in an artillery unit is never easy, though it's kinda slack now with our trade course just ending, the thought of going outfield another 8 times this year puts me off. seriously. it's no joke.

only looking forward to life after the NZ trip. but no matter how sickeningly tiring and mentally draining the next 5 months will be, i'll perserve on (although i still have that lingering thought of sustaining an injuring and get the hell out of 23SA).

life, can't get any better. meagre pay, f***ing irritating bunkmates (yes, some of them have such revolting characters, it pisses me off all the time), never ending shitwork to do.

that makes me really miss school life in the past. sigh

yesterday we had helluva circuit training. so tiring after bookout, went out for dinner, then dived onto my bed shortly after reaching home.

yay. and i've breached the 60kg mark, which means that army does make people grow fat! regardless of the growing muscle mass, or the bulging tummy that made me heavier, i've to thank the army =s

3 more weeks before my trade course ends, and hopefully the days will get better. but apparently, from what i heard- it wont be the case. with exercises after exercise. okay, maybe i should pray for time to pass more quickly. fast forward to the days after the new zealand exercise... then life will definitely be slacker!

oh and august is almost here, a very important day is coming!
